After more than two decades working across industries as diverse as agriculture, recruitment, HR, IT and law enforcement, I’ve come to realise that one thing ties it all together: people. The way we connect, the way we communicate, and the way we tell our story — that’s what drives business forward.

I’ve built teams, run businesses, led change, and sat across the table from people facing all kinds of challenges. Along the way, I co-founded and grew Hitobito, a people-focused HR agency specialising in retail and hospitality. 

It was a brilliant chapter – working closely with business owners to help them navigate the messiness of team dynamics, culture, and leadership.

Now, I’ve turned the page and launched something new – a business dedicated to helping companies communicate better. 

Whether it’s sharp, on-brand copy for your website, an engaging recruitment ad that actually sounds human, or internal messaging that your team doesn’t roll their eyes at – I’m here to help you say it well.

At my core, I’m a writer. A practical one. I believe good content should do more than just tick a box – it should reflect who you are, speak to the people who matter, and inspire them to take notice (and action). No fluff. No corporate waffle. Just clear, clever, well-crafted communication.
